Pacific Northwest Hunter & Jumper Horse Show

Aleron had a wonderful week at the Pacific Northwest WCHR Show! Champions & Reserves went to Citation (High Performance Hunters with Alexis and 3’6 Juniors with Camille), Bien Sur (3’3” Junior Hunters with Nicole), Best Chance (Short Stirrup with Audrey), & Campari (3’3” Pre Greens with Alexis). Camille won the Maclay & WIHS Jumper phase. Annika won the WSHJA Medal. Katie stepped up to more 3’6 medals & Nicole catch rode a new horse to ribbons in the THIS & WIHS medals. Josie, Hanna & Sarina were 3rd,4th, and 5th in the WSHJA 2’6 medal & Kelly put in beautiful rounds in the Long Stirrup. In the Derby Carnado was 4th, Citation was 8th (with Camille) and Crosstown was 11th out of 36 entries. Now we are on to Thunderbird!

Inaugural Week What a great weekend! On Saturday Hanna catch rode her way to a win in Pre-Children Hunters, Nicole was 2nd in the Low Junior Hunters, Camille won the WIHS, Katie conquered the Low Junior Hunters for the 1st time, Emily ribboned with both her horses in the 3’6″ Junior Hunters along with Camille, Annika was 2nd and 3rd in the Children’s Hunters and was awesome in her 1st Derby, and finally to my baby Campari who marched around the Derby at 5 years old to 2nd place over my veteran Fritz who finished in 3rd. Finishing off the weekend Camille won the WIHS & was Reserve Champion in the Junior Hunters and Hanna swept the Pre Children’s to take the Championship!   Hunter Week Campari swept the Pre-Green 3’3” to kick off the Spring National Hunter Week! Fritz was Champion in the Performance 3’3”, Crosstown took Reserve Champion honors in the combined 1st/2nd Year Green Working Hunters, Citation was Reserve Champion High Performance Hunter, and Best Chance and Bien Sur were both class winners! Indoor/outdoor arenas, new Silica footing, new Horse Gym treadmill, numerous paddocks with new drainage system (NO mud year round), heated indoor hot water wash stalls, new lights and warmth throughout the facility, on site 24 hour supervision, private access to Bridle Trails park and many other accolades.
